Another thing that was inconvenient was that I had to be careful when lying down... I was afraid I might sleep on my stomach. But I'm a bit polarized, so I was careful to sit down from the 3rd day. I washed my hair. However, it's not good to bend too much, so I recommend going to a hair salon. I'm a bit embarrassed(?) about my breasts, so I washed them myself.
