[Breast Enlargement] Day 3 after breast surgery

It's been 3 days since I had breast surgery. My rib cage is 74 and my chest cavity is 13. I had 400cc injected into both men's X-rays. Before, I had full A, but I thought it would be around D, but I'm worried because it seems too small. Right now, it seems to be around D, but will it go down a lot when the swelling goes down?? Or will it look bigger when the upper convexity goes down? Also, is it normal for my stomach to hurt like it's bruised? This is my first time having breast surgery. Question mark killer Mia.
