What I got after breast surgery

It's currently the 4th day since I had breast surgery. I got my body in shape for the breast surgery, but what can I do about the swelling in my stomach... I'm 4 months pregnant and my armpits are itching to death ㅠㅠㅠ Oh, when will the stomach swelling go down ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I'm going crazy . It's so thick. How long does it usually take for it to go away??? walk?? It's about an hour of walking . How much did you do? I usually do strength training and home workouts for an hour, but I'm anxious because I can't do it.
