From the front, it appears to be in the center, but this is a mistake doctors make. If the ribcage is not flat and the areola is in the exact center of the chest, it naturally means that the implant is spread outward. Ha ㅜㅜ They said it would look better with fat grafting between the breasts, and I saw that there was fat that could be removed from the thighs and abdomen, but at the time, I was very thin and had not had any fat, so fat grafting was impossible.
