Before surgery,
I had a thin upper body and a fleshy lower body. I had the right body type, but if I dieted, my breasts, which weren't already there, would fall out even more, so I was very stressed. So I thought about it for a few years and now that I'm in my late twenties... I can't put it off any longer! Before I turned 30, I thought about trying on a bikini, so I worked day and night on apps and cafes for a month, and then I found out about Kirin Plastic Surgery. Since I had to go to work after only resting for 3 days, recovery was the most important thing, so I already decided to come here and went for a consultation!
The consultation
was done right on time, without waiting, and the manager or director didn't force me to get any other implants at all. When I said I came thinking I was going for Men's, they only explained Men's very well.
And the director seemed to be pursuing stability rather than making it bigger. He
said that my body can fit up to 285 in Men's Moder and 350 in Hi-Lo.
I had a lot of concerns about size, but rather than just recommending it, he unconditionally decided on my opinion. At first, I went there
without any intention of making it bigger, but when I touched the implant in person, it was smaller than I thought. It was smaller than I thought. The moder said it looked too natural and the high felt like a rocket launch...
But he said that the implant would look even smaller once it goes into the body.
If I'm going to regret it, I'll just put it in a larger size, so I debated between high 325 and 350, and eventually decided on 350 on the day of surgery. (Fortunately, the director ordered two sizes, so I was able to think about it until the day of surgery.)
On the day of surgery,
I washed my face right away without waiting. I was informed about the surgery by the director and went into the operating room. The anesthesiologist came and said hello and fell asleep right away. The surgery was at 12:30 and I think it took about 3 to 4 hours to recover. As soon as I woke up in the recovery room, sure enough, I was pain free!! It didn't hurt that much. I just did some hard chest exercises and my muscles were sore the next day.... But maybe my nipples felt more sensitive...? Then I took a quick look inside the gown and saw two acorns... haha. The shape is still funny and the upper bulge is no joke, so I think I'll have to work hard on the upper band.
The doctor came with me to the bathroom and said I could be discharged, so they gave me a pain relief injection and medicine. I got the prescription and went home on the bus. I
read a lot of posts saying that if the bus bumps on the way home, you will die, but I was fine! And I think it was a good idea to make the size bigger. If the swelling goes down, it will get smaller, so I would have probably regretted it if I had gone 325..? When I got home, I didn't have any problems... Well, it's kind of inconvenient to have to keep carrying the painkiller when changing clothes or going to the bathroom. I can do most things without overdoing it! If it didn't hurt like this, I regretted doing it earlier when I was younger.
Day 2 - Week 1 I
came home and tried to sleep, but my butt hurt when I sat down, my back hurt when I lay down, and I lied down and got up again and again, and I couldn't sleep even a wink.
My chest was much bigger than it was on the day of the surgery. But it didn't hurt because there was a pain-killing injection. From the 3rd day, I had a good sleep lying down, and when I woke up after a good night's sleep, I felt more recovered. But the swelling went down to my stomach, my waist line disappeared, I gained 3 kg and I felt like I was spammed.
I can't feel the pain. Maybe it's because it's gradually coming back or because I've taken out the painkiller injections, but I feel bruised all over, and my nipples have become more sensitive, so it hurts just to brush them. It's like I won no pain, but it's somewhere in between...but it's a pain I can endure!
I went to work on the 5th day, but I kept getting short of breath while working. It was hard to use my arms... If you have time, I think it would be best to rest for a week and then go to work. The longer the better.
On the first week, I go to the hospital and have the stitches removed, and the doctor checks my progress, packs them for follow-up care, and plays. I came home after receiving the laser. After receiving the pack and LED, the pain was definitely reduced.
Week 1 ~ Week 3
After a week, the swelling went down, and I actually lost 1kg more than my original weight before the surgery. My breasts also gradually became more prominent from the rocket launch. It feels natural, and the feel and appearance are improving day by day. There
is almost no pain anymore, but only when I get up from lying down in the morning does it briefly feel like my lower left breast is torn,
and on days when I overexert my arm, my chest starts to feel tight starting from my armpits. In those cases, I lie down and do it. My condition got better if I rested or took a warm shower. I think I'll have to be careful until the next month!
