It's been 5 weeks since I had the LAMS but I still have some bruisesㅜ I've been receiving aftercare, but when will you guys get better?!!! I lost 6kg after getting the LAMS on my stomach and sides? Is this okay in just a month? I ate all the food I wanted on the weekends. When you diet, they tell you to starve all day long and not eat tofu, egg, and chicken jjigae. It makes me mad!! A person can't live their whole life eating only this! Even if I eat whatever I want, I think LAMS was the answer rather than fat-dissolving injections to lose this much;
