Losing weight is really not easy.
I am currently 161cm tall and I can maintain 47~48kg by eating what I want, exercising, and taking care of myself. But how come losing more weight is so hard?
It is really hard to change the habit when I try to reduce the amount I usually eat
. But what I am satisfied with is the line after the procedure! Even if I weigh the same, the line is different, so that is the most satisfying. And since I go every week and get regular care, my body is more balanced, which is also good.
