I have now lost a lot of weight compared to what I originally wanted, and now my upper body is completely bare, but
when I first went to get counseling for dialysis, I hadn't stepped on the scale for almost 4 months. It was 72kg!!!
I was really devastated. I knew it was going to be hot. I really didn't know it was going to be this bad, but it was so bad!!!!!!
But now, I've stopped breathing, received follow-up care, and
ditched the sugar and flour!!!!
I thought I would never go on a diet again, so I'm in the process of losing 51 kilos and maintaining it!!!!!
I will never, ever get fat again!!!!!
Now I wear size S clothes that I bought at the shopping mall and
wear tops around 44 to 55!!!!
These days, all the clothes that say free size are small, but
they are so comfortable
to wear!!!
I'm going to keep it until I get to 50!!!
I can do it ㅜㅜㅜㅜ hahahaha
