It's been 6 months, half a year, since I've had abdominal pain!
I lost a total of 1230cc. My original height was 153cm and my weight was about 45cm.
I was the type of person who only gained weight on my stomach, so
no matter how much I diet and exercise, I couldn't lose the belly fat...
so I ended up doing abdominal vomiting!
Even though it's been 6 months now, I'm very satisfied because I haven't gained weight again and
my lines are maintained beautifully haha.
I don't see any bulges, and there's almost no swelling or lumps.
But lately, I've been constipated a lot (I don't know why)
, so my stomach is sticking out a little, but it's still behind me. My ribs and side lines
have become as slim as a gourd haha >.< I really like it.
As for my diet, I
eat protein-centered meals
to the point where I don't overeat for breakfast and lunch , and I keep trying to eat only very low-calorie foods in the evening if possible!!
If it only cures constipation, should I drink prune juice...?
Anyway, now I am much slimmer than I was before, and
my belly fat has disappeared, so I feel confident
when I get dressed or go out in tight clothes
. Not only has the belly fat that sticks out in the front been drastically reduced, but
the back and sides have become very slim, so I have a real line. It's like a line that
can't be created through dieting and can only be created through suction.
Now that it's summer, I'm going to try to maintain it better >.~
