first. I am half satisfied and half dissatisfied. Even if I lose 10kg of weight, the shape of my body doesn't change (the part that looks like riding fat) . Unless I really grit my teeth and go on a death diet + exercise, even if I wear a skirt or pants that cover my thighs, I think I'll only wear long T-shirts that cover my thighs. I had surgery about 5 years ago. After that, I wear whatever pants, skinny pants, I want to wear. I often hear people say I have pretty legs, but when I look at my legs in the mirror at home, the hips are asymmetrical + one hip is saggy + a little bumpy hahahaha I'm naturally optimistic about everything, but anyway, if I didn't have surgery, my stamina is weak and even if I exercise twice as much as others, I won't gain muscle. Because of my type, I probably won't be able to dress as pretty as I do now. Even if I don't have surgery, I still can't wear a bikini, and in the end, I think I'll have to do hip-up exercises. So I think I have to make a choice haha, because there are side effects... There may be success stories, but that's my opinion and experience haha.
