I am writing a belated review of Heo-eong-mu to commemorate the abdominal and arm fatigue.
I
had surgery on Heo-eong-mu on November 26, 2021.
I was obese from birth and no matter how much weight I lost, my arms and thighs did not lose weight. So I ended up having surgery and
lost 6,000 cc. I did it, but I remember my pure fat was in the low 4,000s.
Someone said that I was in the same state as when I was doing squats with my thighs flat, but that wasn't true. It
was really, really painful
. On the day of the surgery, when I woke up from the anesthesia, it didn't hurt at all??
But as soon as dinner came, I'm not
going to lie, I thought I was cutting sashimi with a thigh knife. LOL.
So I just took some Tylenol... but
it still hurt. My boyfriend said it was the first time he saw me cry like that.
It wasn't until 3 a.m. that the pain subsided and I was able to fall asleep.
Then I had to go to the bathroom. When you see it? It's just hell.
I couldn't sit all the time, so I went about
my business half-sitting. It wasn't until a week after the surgery that I felt comfortable sitting, but at first,
I regretted having the surgery.
But once the swelling went down, I was satisfied.
My inner thighs didn't chafe every time I walked, and my pants
didn't have holes in them. Hahahaha
And I can wear shorts with confidence.
The downside to liposuction is that it looks unbalanced with other parts, which
makes me want to do it in other parts as well
, so I did it on my arms and abdomen before Lunar New Year... ^^
After the liposuction,
I gained 12 kg due to hormonal problems.
Even then, my legs didn't gain much.
The 1st and 2nd photos were before I started getting fat, and
my height and weight at the time were 162/63.
The 3rd and 4th photos were taken on January 1, 2022.
The 5th, 6th, and 7th photos were taken on January 1, 2022. The last photo on the 9th
is from three months ago!
