The bruise was only at the end of my elbow, and the yellow bruise was only near my chest. Is the swelling not even reaching the hands, but just the arms are a bit swollen?
A lot of people were worried about the pain, so I was worried, but it was just a little soreness and it didn't hurt that much. If you're worried about pain or scars, I don't think you need to worry too much!
