This is a review of the 4th day after surgery.
Is there any muscle pain until the 1st or 2nd day? It was okay, but
I think the 3rd day was the most painful ㅠㅠ
By that time, I was also suffering from thigh pain.. (shared in the next post..)
On that day, there was 0 pain due to the anesthetic mixed with the medicine in the solution. On the
1st day, I had simple muscle pain.
On the 2nd day, I had upper body twice at the gym. This is the 3rd day in a row
ㅠㅠ The day before was a thigh fatigue day, so I had to put a lot of effort into my arms while moving the butt... It hurt so much that I even took hospital medicine and Tylenol.
Now, on the 4th day, I did Mansa, cooked meals, tied my hair, and everything. do. I feel stiff when I put it all the way up to the top of my head... but since it's a position I have to loosen up anyway, I do it whenever I can.
It's not as painful as you think... If you're worried, just make up your mind!!
