It's already been 2 weeks since I started working on my forearms and thighs!!! When I touch my forearms, I can feel the muscles. I didn't know there were muscles in my forearms, but they were buried in the flesh... I'm starting to see gaps in my thighs too~~~~ It's still 2 weeks. The swelling hasn't gone all the way down, but this is a huge success. I wonder how much thinner it will be once the swelling goes down. I'm looking forward to summer.
