I have a review of Abdominal Rams!
First of all, I was 52kg in April, and due to depression due to problems at work and my dog being sick, I recently gained 70kg..haha I used to do thigh exercises and Palams to lose more than 15kg, and I like to eat and drink. I don't tend to bruise easily, but the nurse said that I don't seem to care about bruises haha. I guess I'm a person who doesn't care if I have bruises or not. Lahan tends to feel sore for a long time haha.

It's effective.. haha I'm by no means proud of having had diaphragm or Rams several times, but... I think it's a procedure with real merit. The only problem is that I'm a sucker for it... haha. I hope you do a lot of research and make a good decision!!
