<2 days after surgery><2 days before stitch removal><1 month after surgery>I wrote it in a negative font
(I worked hard on it, but it all went away, so I'm writing it againㅠ I'm sorryㅜ)
First of all,
I was really worried about the fat on my arms from before. Even when I lost a lot of weight and lost belly/waist fat, my arms and thighs were the same, and in fact, for a while, I resigned myself to the idea that it would just be like that.
However, in the fall and winter, when I wore my favorite neck collar, the fat on my arms protruding from the sides was so unsightly.
Then, after hearing from people around me that the arm jiheup was really satisfactory, I
sold the clothes for a few days, checked the reviews on Seongyesa+a, and bought the arms. Decided to seek counseling for dialysis.
First of all, at the place where I received consultation, the manager and doctor were kind, but there was no excessive pressure, and it was good that they told me that unnecessary parts were unnecessary. For example
, I rarely have a floating room, and it would be nice to do it, but it wouldn't have a big impact on my arm line if I didn't do it. And the result was almost similar to the expected fat extraction amount and circumference mentioned during the consultation.
Pre
-surgery estimated size/extraction amount: 2.5cm-3cm reduction/approximately 1500cc extracted.
Post-surgery measurement size/extraction amount: 3cm reduction/approximately 1600cc extracted As
I said. As I have been concerned about arm fat for a long time, I have tried various procedures at various places, but
honestly, I think there was very little effect compared to the amount of money spent per session.
So I was a little worried about the diaphragm itself, but anyway, if I save up the money to invest a few times, I will be able to get rid of the diaphragm. Thinking about the amount
, I made up my mind and decided to have the surgery.
On the day of the surgery, I was a little worried (N's imagination) and the disinfectant was really cold!
The nurse in the operating room was really kind, and it was really quick to go under anesthesia...
When I woke up, I was wearing a compression garment, and there was porridge in front of my eyes, so I was eating porridge
while I was half asleep. (My goal was not to talk nonsense while under anesthesia.)
I went dressed comfortably. However, there was a lot of disinfectant on the gray training clothes...
I would recommend that you wear mostly black/navy clothes that won't be noticeable no matter how
much
it gets on. After the surgery, for a day or two, my arms felt so heavy that it felt like there was an invisible alien attached to them, but
I helped them stretch a lot. I heard that it was good, so from the 4th day,
I started doing cardio, PT, and Pilates. When I received the radiofrequency treatment, I saw that my armpits were less lumpy.
It's been a little over a month and I still have some lumps in my arms because of the Biobond, but
I've been moisturizing this for a few days. After massaging it with baby oil (I was told not to knead it), it seemed to loosen up a bit, but
other than that, I'm very prone to scars (even getting bitten by a mosquito can cause scars), so I'm concentrating on getting rid of the scars!!
And is it because the fat is gone? From the 3rd week, I really felt chills in my arms.
Now that I'm in the 4th and 5th weeks, the chills have almost decreased. As
a result, from the 3rd week onwards, the arms of the Pilates clothes that fit me well before became loose, and the fit that I had before was tight. Even the neck collar that was attached to the arm has become wider haha.
I am very satisfied because it was a waste of time and money on equity shares.
