It's already been a week since I received a fat extraction injection, since the only procedure I've ever had in my life was Botox for the chin.
I think it was a week where I was half excited and half worried about how things would change from day to day. So, I'm going to write a diary for myself every week.
Immediately after the procedure, I felt that the lines had cleared up, but a week after the swelling, I felt that my love handles were still very swollen.
You can't really see the difference in the photo, but in my personal opinion, my lower abdomen has shrunk a lot as I live with it. The part that feels the most when sitting.
Actually, I thought the circumference had decreased a bit, but when I compared it with old photos, it was clear that the swelling was still far away.
The most obvious change after the procedure
The source of confidence to confidently call it swelling is the change in weight over a week.
In fact, the hospital emphasized that fat extraction injections are line-oriented procedures, so I thought that my weight would be entirely up to me, but when they managed my diet, my weight changed as much as when I dieted in middle school and high school, so I enjoyed weighing myself in the morning.
This alone feels like a huge advantage, so I think I'll have to grit my teeth and maintain the diet for three months.
You've worked hard this week, let's work hard next week too!
