It feels like it was only yesterday that I started smoking, but it's already my second winter haha.
At first, it hurt so bad and the swelling wouldn't go down, so I came here all the time and asked about it, but
now it really feels like my own skin(?) haha
Just like it used to be haha
Before the surgery, I was frustrated because I had too much visceral fat on InBody Check. I did it,
but fortunately the teacher seemed to have done better than I expected, so I guess I was worried for no reason.
Dieting is a normal homework, so now it's my daily life!
Isn’t that true of everyone?!
+ I lost 1800 pounds of my abdomen by 360 degrees!
It's winter, so I have to work harder again to prepare for summer><
