It's been 3 months since I started using full-body breathing , and I thought it would be a good idea to post a review
when there are clearly visible changes due to lack of focus, so I held on and
posted a review for the first time today!!! When choosing a hospital, experience and skills are of course important, and I chose them after carefully checking whether they were friendly, and I
focused on the areas that do not go away even with exercise, such as the sides, love handles, abdomen, and thighs!
From what I've seen, this seems like a good effect, but what do ordinary people think?
I was debating whether to do it all at once or in installments, and the director said that after removing about 7,000 cc of fat, the net fat amount after water would be about 6,000 cc. Would that be okay? I did it all at once and the conclusion is! I guess it was a good idea to do it all at once haha. I dieted really hard and lost up to 10 kg, but I couldn't see any signs of losing the fat on my thighs and stomach, so I thought about it and just had surgery. Haha. When I woke up after the surgery, I didn't know I was in pain because the anesthesia was still there, but I went home
. I came here, and
when I started moving around little by little in the evening, my whole body hurt as if I
had been beaten. It was okay when I stayed still, but there were a few difficult times getting up from sitting, and the most uncomfortable thing was the bathroom.. hahaha. It
was so hard to get out after doing my business. If you're going to breathe, just do it. I hope you can use annual or monthly leave for a few days..!
So far, my total weight has dropped by 4 kg and my waist size is currently 19 to 20 inches, but I'm still not satisfied, so I'm continuing to exercise!
They say that people who lose fat easily continue to lose it even 4 to 5 months after surgery. I guess that's the case for me too?
I was worried because I couldn't exercise for a few days because I wasn't feeling well, but I kept losing weight.
Before the surgery, I mainly did aerobic exercise to burn fat, but now I'm doing aerobic exercise and strength training together, and as expected, aerobic exercise is
effective in burning fat. I feel better every day. The change is visible!
I'm doing well without any problems, but I'm a little worried about the scars on my thighs.
My stomach is almost gone, but it's still just a little bit, so I
'm going to watch it a little longer and use this as an opportunity to build a healthy sexy body line. Personally, I'm very satisfied. !
Did it really go well? Where did you do it? I did it too, but you did it much better. Please
use a waist compress when you exercise now. It's so important!!! You lose a lot of muscle during liposuction, so you have to use a compress to relax the back muscles. I don't know
. It hasn't been long since I did it, but since I relaxed my lower back muscles, the exercise was relieved and became softer, so I lost more weight. I think there are a lot of people who don't know this, so I'm leaving this here just in case.
I have a fatty type, but before liposuction, I dieted and exercised a lot! I had liposuction because I couldn't lose the fat that wasn't coming off, but now that my lines are different, it's good to exercise.
At first, I didn't think about liposuction and went on a diet to lose weight through exercise, but no matter how much I tried, I couldn't get rid of the areas that weren't coming off, so I did liposuction, but I also exercised and my lines were so pretty.
Wow, you really look like a different person!!! The response was good... My legs are getting thinner and my stomach is getting bigger, I can wear a bikini all the time!
Wow~ That's really dramatic.. I don't think I have the strength to exercise because I'm in pain, but did I exercise hard?
Can you tell me the hospital information? I'm also curious about the cost.
I'm an office worker. How many days of annual leave will I need starting the day after the surgery?
It's worth the money. It's really good.
I remember seeing a comment on a Naver cafe saying that I had to wear compression garments and a dress to work because I was told that wearing pants after surgery would leave marks on my stomach. Is that really true?
Sorry for the many questions ^^
It's painful and difficult... If you're going to have surgery and have a menstrual breakout, make sure to schedule the surgery date by timing your period correctly!!!
