After giving birth, I gained 20kg and
my appetite went on a diet without even thinking about losing
my mind.
It was really hard on
my diet .. It was really hard. I was determined to do it!
Actually, before I did it, I was very short
and weighed 68kg, but I had a lot of visceral fat, and more
than anything, I had a baby and gained weight,
so I talked to the doctor, but
I didn't expect much and went up to the operating table
. I did, but
now I am completely satisfied.
I worked hard on my diet, worked out, and
am still on a diet!!
I still have 10 kg of goal left, but I'll try harder!
