Right now, the bruising is really huge and the swelling is really bad,
but there is a noticeable difference, so

I am 163/61 kg and when I do InBody, my body fat percentage is always 37%...?
38%?? After coming out like this, I ended up being obese
. So I did arm breathing first, but only my arms got
skinny... I really didn't want my abdomen to look like that. ㅠㅠㅋㅋ
So I really made up my mind and did it,
but wow, I realized why everyone was doing lip breathing...
I'm the director. I guess I'll become a third father lol
Anyway,
I really don't have any regrets, I just feel satisfied! What I was afraid of was completely forgotten!
Of course, I don't know how it will be since it's only the second day...
but I think it will get much better if the swelling goes down! Haha,
