, and my biobond is gone. I'm mainly doing stretching and massaging, and I'm applying cream often. I do it ㅠㅠㅠ
Recovery is faster than I thought and it wasn't hard during the surgery recovery period, so I'm recommending it to my friends around me.
There's still some swelling on the elbow side, but if I work hard, I think the swelling will go away soon
