was worried about the arm fat that would never go away with exercise, but this time I really made up my mind and made an appointment right away after a KakaoTalk consultation!
Since it was coming from a local area, I decided to have same-day consultation and same-day surgery, trusting the hand-made product! I was so touched that counseling director Go Ara and the operating room staff even paid attention to bus times.
The first day of surgery was better than I expected, but putting on and taking off the compression garment the next day was hell... It's really impossible to do it alone...
The fluid came out to my elbow by the 6th day, and thanks to that, I think it went away without any major swelling! Now that it's been 2 weeks, only bruises remain and it's red and itchy due to the band allergy. The lumps in my armpits are worse than I thought, so I want to get aftercare as soon as possible to relieve the lumps!
In conclusion, I think it was a good decision haha. Although my arms are not boney, I think they are well balanced for my body type.
