I've gotten a lot better, and I'm comfortable wearing compression garments less than before.
I bought a lot of clothes, but I'm still worried about my elbow scars, so I can't wear short sleeves. Still, I feel good because I bought new clothes.
It's good to keep it because you exercise and eat less! Because of my thighs that don't fall out, it's a big deal because I want to lose weight in my thighs too..
