I gained more than 5kg this winter, and after three days of dieting, I really wanted to lose belly fat,
so I did belly gasping!!
As expected, it hurts as much as taking out the fat, but I think I know why. It's
been a month and I haven't lost much weight, but my eyes and body have shrunk and
my pants size has also decreased!!
In the future, I'll be well taken care of, and
