I had liposuction at a place near Apgujeong Station. (Range: upper arm, armpit, breast, subclavian, shoulder girdle, bra line)
Since the body was not fat, I asked for it to be done appropriately and not to overdo it in large quantities. I promised to do it like that. I had surgery with a worried heart... .
As a result of the operation, the total amount of extraction was 3800cc. For reference, the blood volume in a 60kg adult is 4000-5000cc.
When I saw her wearing a compression garment the day after the surgery, her arms were really thin and she was happy just for that day. It started to swell gradually, and the body itself hardened like a stone, and the tightening pain continued, which was so painful. Others reduce compression garments several times for a month, but I have not been able to reduce them even once.
The range of motion was also severe due to severe adhesions and biobond (fibrotic tissue that was hardened by aggregation of remaining fat and blood tissue fluids after surgery). The course itself was different from other cases, and I became anxious. So, I went to the aftercare shop recommended by the hospital 3 times a week and received 2 injections in the oval.
And in the hospital where the surgery was performed... .
I said I would do high frequency continuously. However, in the interview with the director, the director said, 'High frequency is not so meaningful. It is only an auxiliary means. wait for it to get better I don't know how the fibrosis dissolves, but it becomes soft. I don't know how long it will take. I don't know what a chest injection is, and if it's a steroid injection, don't get it. You are not a reoperation case. If you want another part, talk to the hospital.' I did.
I did not go to the hospital to get a refund. I went to ask about the general recovery process and other physical condition, how difficult, painful and anxious I usually go through, and what kind of help my doctor can help to improve my symptoms. If you can't... . I hoped you would at least look at the follow-up. however… . I only heard such irresponsible answers.
After meeting with the director, who was so hurt,
I made it clear to the hospital and vice-director that I would no longer receive treatment here. The relationship of trust between doctors and patients has already collapsed, and it was too difficult to go back and forth from home for 15 minutes of radio frequency treatment, which the deputy director said was of no great significance as an auxiliary means.
Liposuction is a high-risk surgery that consumes a lot of physical strength. I lay on the operating table with such a burden and great expense, but the doctor doesn't care about the result of the surgery and avoids responsibility.
look at my arm I have severe suicidal thoughts and I am enduring it by taking antidepressants. I can't even wear short sleeves, and I, who used to like people, suffer from social phobia. It's a state where you can't even meet the opposite sex. I was deprived of even the small, ordinary daily life of going to a bathhouse or sauna with my family.
After surgery, I learned that there are many people who suffer from side effects after liposuction. And none of the numerous victims, including me, received any acknowledgment or apology from the doctor.
A doctor is someone who heals people. I am also a doctor. So the impact is greater. How could the same medical practitioner do this?
Anymore!!! I hope there are no victims like me. Although they are the same medical practitioners, they are accused to raise awareness about the plastic surgery world. Please spread the word about damage and side effects.
