It's finally been two months since I had inner/outer thigh liposuction injections in March!
I thought it would be a long time until the first month, but after the second month, I was really shocked when I took out the old photos from the cloud. Haha,

Even though I tried every method to lose fat on my thighs, it was an area that I couldn't get rid of, and

I've been following my diet carefully and exercising regularly, so I no longer crave spicy, salty, and sweet foods.
If I occasionally eat and sleep, the next morning is very difficult ;;
I think consistent habits are the most important!! But now I'm starting to get tired of salads and Greek yogurt, so
