Yes people!! It’s already been more than a week since I got my fat extraction injection!!
I was very nervous on the first day of the procedure, which I decided to do after a lot of thought and deliberation, but the instructor and director who helped me made me feel very comfortable during the procedure, so I ended up doing well!
I was worried that it would hurt a lot, but I was surprised that it didn't hurt so much and asked the doctor to start the procedure, right? I received the treatment while asking!
I had some bruising starting on the second day and the swelling went down little by little. Is it because I drank a lot of tea and water that are good for swelling? The swelling went below my elbows? The pain is only slightly in the bruised area (this is just the same pain you feel when you press on the bruised area!) and is it just a tingling sensation when your hands and feet don't bleed? I felt a slight tingle!
From the 3rd day, all the swelling went away and the shoulder line became slightly smaller. It started to show, and maybe because I applied the bruise cream well, it started to soften little by little!!
Due to the nature of my job, I have to move my body a lot (especially my arms...), but I worked as usual from the day after the procedure without any discomfort!
And on the 4th to 5th day, the swelling completely went down, and because I continued to do stretching and cardio, I started losing weight little by little!
On days when I couldn’t do cardio, I made sure to stretch 5-10 times!!
Now, after a week, most of the bruising has disappeared and the pain has subsided!! I still only feel a slight pulling sensation when stretching, but I am living my daily life very comfortably. When I compared the before and after photos to see why I only now realized how good it is, it really is even better!! I'm satisfied ㅠㅠㅠ
Now I'm going to start a diet while taking good care of myself, and I hope my golden years come quickly. I'll definitely wear a tank top this summer haha.
