People who have done abdominal RAMS??
Today is exactly my 10th week. Is this a good result?
The director here said he was good, so I had LAMS on my forearms and saw the results, so I saved up money and had an additional procedure on my abdomen two months ago!
Up until the first month, I was disappointed because my level of satisfaction was lower than that of my forearms, but the teachers insisted that I receive regular follow-up care, so I started to see results gradually as the knots started to loosen. I was expecting something too dramatic, so I thought I would end up with skinny bones without an exercise diet.
