Hi.. the regulars finally lost some weight. Let me introduce my specs, I'm 167cm tall and weighed 95kgㅋㅎ I've been gaining weight little by little for the past few years, and I don't know how I gained 95kg... Anyway, I gained weight really quickly, so I lost up to 85kg through diet and exercise, but I haven't lost any weight since then. I kept a record of my body measurements, but my waist has only gotten smaller, and since I gained so much weight, it's not noticeable and I've just plateaued.
