It's been a week since I got liposuction!
My body fat percentage is 41%, but my body is just fat... and most of it is concentrated in my belly fat..ㅎ
I tried to lose weight but I couldn't see much changeㅠ I didn't know when I would lose it all and I kept giving up and going until I finally decided to get liposuction and got the surgery!
But it's really a new worldㅠㅜㅠ
For the 2nd or 3rd day, it was so hard to lie down and get up or go to the bathroom, but from the 4th day, I felt muscle pain? Other than that, I was able to go about my daily life.
Of course, my gait is a bit unsteady and I have to walk carefully, so I have to give myself plenty of time to move around.! (I heard that walking a lot is good for reducing swelling, so I started walking twice a day for 30 minutes each, but I only walked 2km in an hourㅋㅋㅋㅋ)
Because of the compression garment and abdominal belt, I had no appetite and it seemed like I couldn't digest food at first, so it was difficult, but as the swelling went down and the pain went away, it got a lot better! Now, my appetite is the problem..ㅎ I heard that I can get a prescription for diet pills when I go to the hospital for aftercare, so I'll have to look into it then.
It's been a week now and the stitches haven't even been taken off, but I can barely feel the swelling in my legs and I'm satisfied with the change in the line so I keep touching and looking at them, and I heard that the swelling will go down a lot when the stitches are taken out, so I'm really looking forward to it!!
