Review of thigh diastasis after 2 years

I had Chanel lines on my entire thighs and buttocks. Before giving birth, I was so skinny that I had never dieted... The weight I gained when I was pregnant didn't come off 8kg even after the baby was born... Especially my thighs and buttocks gained a lot, so I had to have surgery. The hospital had to pay for it. I heard that it was expensive, but it was good, and more than anything, my friend had surgery there, and it was a good hospital, so I didn't hesitate and set a date right away . Even when I was still there, I liked it because my horseback fat had completely disappeared. Minus the scar from the surgery... I think they did the stitching wrong, but when I inquired, they said they usually do it that way, but anyway, the flesh fell off and I'm left with two scars the size of a finger's pubic bone . What's more stressful is after the skin disappears and the swelling has completely subsided . The riding area is bumpy. Even the side line of the buttocks is bumpy. That area is colored and dark, and the Chanel line is even on both sides... Everyone's thighs are like that. They say it's not symmetrical, but there's about a 1.5-2 cm difference in thickness (it's obvious to the eye...) It's stressful because it looks bumpy when I wear a swimsuit or even hot pants.
