after becoming interested in liposuction, I would like to write a review here as a grateful memory of getting information from Seongyesa.
As I was satisfied with my stay, I didn't come here often, but I had a desire(?) to try other places as well, so I re-logged today and left a review...
I can't write interesting posts, but please understand that this is an informational post.
First of all, let me tell you the results:
I had 3000cc of pure fat removed through Heoongmu liposuction on 12/5 and it was confirmed. I felt proud(?) when I looked at the yellow fat, excluding the tume solution and blood components that came with it.
For reference, I am 165/60 and have a very strong lower body, fat + muscle type. A month later, there are no side effects such as adhesion, lumpiness, or sagging that were feared.
Let me tell you what I focused on when choosing a hospital:
1) Director's profile
I went to visit because I knew that the director had left after working at a number hospital and opened his own practice. I thought that he would be safer and more attentive if he opened a clinic on his own. Also, I thought the correlation between liposuction and plastic surgery was low, so I only looked at career experience instead of specialists, and since it is neither anesthesia nor general anesthesia, but sleep anesthesia, it is meaningless whether or not I am an anesthesiologist, so I did not consider it.
2) Contents of consultation
Perhaps because he has performed many liposuction revision surgeries, he knew a lot about side effects and I think he was on the same page with me in this regard.
I won't have a banana line. This was the most important thing (I heard they also do fat grafting on the buttocks... haha)
Other than that, adhesions and dents seem to be side effects that don't occur in most hospitals (actually, I was very surprised after looking into a few at Seongyesa.) Anyway, the consultation process. After asking these questions and hearing the answers directly from the practitioner, even if I knew the answers, trust was built. For reference, please check the fat thickness using ultrasound and tell us your expected cc. (I expected 2500-3000 during the consultation and got 3000) We do not charge consultation fees.
3) Atmosphere of the hospital (impressions of the nurses)
I haven't been to the hospital for a long time, so I can't know everything, but I can read the atmosphere at least for a moment, and I like that everyone is friendly and the working environment seems comfortable. It was nice that there weren't any temporary teachers who didn't know much because the nurse teacher quit her job quickly.
4) The price,
including beauty tax and compression garment cost, was in the mid 200s.
I went to a total of three hospitals, and that alone was a bit tiring... So, without thinking too long, let's do it! I made my decision and made a reservation for a week later. In my opinion, most of the hospitals mentioned in Seongyesa are places that do it to a certain extent. I think you can visit a few of them in person and choose the one you like.
Let me tell you about my condition now, a month later. I only took care of the first two weeks and neglected the rest because I was busy with life, but I am slowly recovering.
I am satisfied with the fact that my forequarters and riding buttocks are in good shape. I've had a chubby lower body since I was young, but it's nice to see a change in the fit of my pants.
What I wanted was for the surgery to recover without dents or adhesions, and for my hips to not sag. However, I recovered safely without any worries, and I can clearly feel the difference in the fit of my pants these days, so I am satisfied. Haha.
However, it is also my fault for neglecting my diet and stretching exercises, so I am not expecting much of the dramatic effects shown in the blog or review photos. Haha

I think the explanations and consultations are really friendly compared to ultrasound and other hospitals. Did you get satisfactory results from the consultation?
