I'm constantly uploading the process of changing my diaphragm. I like recording the changes and
I want to share the process of changing my diaphragm with many people, but I think I was able to record it consistently because a lot of people showed interest!
I have a body type where I have a lot of fat on my upper body, arms, and thighs and buttocks. I chose liposuction because I had fat that wouldn't go away even if I exercised.
It was a last resort, and I went around looking at reviews of various hospitals and compiled a list.
The criteria for choosing a hospital was that it does not over-treat. I heard that there are many places that allow patients to have various parts removed during a consultation, so I prioritized hospitals that do not over-treat. And the additional thing is that I have the same criteria for choosing other dialysis hospitals... so I'll write about it here!
First of all, I think the decision point of the doctor's consultation when I wanted to have surgery was that he carefully reviewed the realistic advice that there was no excessive treatment and that I should continue to diet and exercise appropriately even after liposuction!
It was amazing that there was a gap when I put on the compression garment after I stopped breathing. On the 10th day, it was nice that there was a gap even if there was swelling and that the pants that didn't fit even though there was swelling could fit in. By the one month mark, the swelling had gone down further and the arms had more lines. It showed up well, and from the 3rd week onwards, I did a lot of massage. I also tried stretching before I woke up and went to bed, and took a walk for an hour. I also went on a diet together and it seemed to have more effects than others!
In the 3rd and 4th months, my forearms were similar, but I could see that my thighs had really lost a lot of weight!
I think the key to seeing dramatic results is consistent self-care even after you quit smoking.
Wow, you've become so pretty. I have a lot of weight on my upper body, so
I'm planning to get counseling for arm and abdominal fat loss before the holidays. Can you give me some information about where you got it done? Even when I wear pretty clothes, it doesn't show off, and I look like an old lady. ㅠㅠ
I think the surgery went really well!!
I'm curious about the hospital information and the price for the size of my forearm. Can you please give me the information??
