I'm already posting a review of my 3-month hiatus in my arms and legs
. I can't believe it's been 3 months since I stopped working... I'm happy.
I had to wear compression garments for a month after surgery, which was uncomfortable, but I was resting at home anyway, so there were no major problems!!
However, I had some pain, so it was difficult to lie down, sit, and stand up. I also had breast surgery, so I wore a compression bra and compression garment, so it was really uncomfortable to put on and take off. I had to endure going to the bathroom every day until the end. My daily life was about 2 to 3 weeks
old
. Everything was possible, and I took off the very, very uncomfortable compression garments and correction bra after the 2nd month. I
think it would be helpful for those of you who suffer from chest and chest breathing like me. It's
now been 3 months since I started working on my arms and legs, and first of all, my arms are slightly discolored at the elbows. They say it will get better over time, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see. In fact, I did it because I wanted to clean up the lines on my arms, but a lot of the swelling has gone down and the lines have definitely become smoother, so I'm satisfied!!
Initially, the director said I didn't have to because I didn't have any fat to remove, but I said I wanted to do it because I was concerned, so it's not as dramatic as others, but I like it because the uneven lines on my arms are smoothed out. I think the director thought about my overall body balance and tailored it to me
.
I like the thigh lines as well, as they are not excessive. In particular, the inner thigh fat is an area that does not go away easily even with exercise, but that area has become much smoother and the line leading to the knees has become softer. Still, take care of it while exercising for firm legs
. If you do this, the breathing effect will be better, right?
The bruise is getting lighter little by little, and it has definitely disappeared a lot compared to the 1-2 month mark. I used to
have fat grafting on my face, but I
had fat extracted from my thighs. It was the second time I had fat extracted, so there was a bit of discoloration, but when I went to see the progress, the director said the discoloration would improve soon. He said I didn't have to worry about it and that the small amount of bruises I had now would go away, so I decided to wait and see,
time goes by quickly.. ㅜㅠㅜ
I think it's good that the director and manager always keep an eye on my progress with kindness every time I go.
I'm also on a diet to lose weight and get a liposuction or decomposition injection with the feeling of organizing the line! After is so perfect,, is it possible to slightly disclose the information from where I got it? If that's the case, I don't really have any wishes.
