Back in the days when facial sculpting was popular... there was a time when both you and I had similar faces with bulging foreheads and bulging cheeks haha. I did it back then, but my friends who did it elsewhere at the time lost a lot of fat on their faces, but I'm the only one with a pretty good forehead. Still haha, if you put fat on your face, you'll be fine. The face looks young, but... it may sag as you get older, so you need to lift it periodically. I worked really hard on anti-aging things like shrink thread lifting, etc. That way, it won't sag and can be maintained. Anyway, you have to take care of it for the rest of your life. However, facial fat transplantation is recommended for flat foreheads, but honestly, it is not recommended for the rest of the cheeks except for skinny people. I really hated the feeling of my face sagging.
