It's already been 9 weeks since I started doing Muhan Rams. My
forearm size is currently 26.0cm as of the 8th week!
Before the procedure, I was 28.6cm. Isn’t the change in size really incredible? I lost 2.6cm in two months!
There was also a lot of change in weight.
Just looking at the numbers, the change is big, but the eyes and body are really big!

Now, the lines themselves have become prettier.
