I'm realizing that I'm really missing these days, whether it's true that the golden age is two to three months away!
It's been a while since I've read the articles I wrote on Sungyesa, but I'm already having memories.
Anyway, I've lost almost 6kg from 74.7 in weight now, and
my circumference has gone from 101cm to 88. That's great.
I can feel the change even on my bare skin. The change is huge! I heard that I seem to have lost weight today. Of course,
this is not the end... I had to go on an additional diet with carrots (I was obese, but I also gained a lot of weight elsewhere)
. So, why do I do dinner when I get home
? The best thing is that it suppresses my appetite, so I can't think of anything else.
I'm sure you guys can relate to it hahaha When you start craving food, you think of that food so much and want to eat it like crazy... but it just disappeared? Even when I think of it, I just want to eat Malaxiangguo~ I can't help but feel like I can't stand it until it's over!
So I just slightly adjusted it like a normal meal with reduced amounts for lunch and a diet lunch box for dinner (sometimes eating out...), so it definitely started to fall out faster.
So I'm completely satisfied right now haha I'll have to take out more... but

Rams is a procedure! Sleep anesthesia Nn Compression garment Nn Partial anesthesia and non-incision, but I know it's pulled out with a syringe! I didn't know breathing at all, so I can only say this much ㅠㅠ
At first, there was usually less swelling and less solution! But I felt it fell out after taking off the gauze, but I felt the line for a week, and I think it was around the 2nd week that I felt a big change!
