[Liposuction] 360 degree abdominal breathing

It's been about 8 months since I had abdominal liposuction, and since it was done in the winter, the compression garment wasn't uncomfortable. I think it's just like dieting, how to manage liposuction... My biggest concern before liposuction was my sides. Even at the time when I thought I was thin after working out for a while, the side tubes weren't there. It disappeared ㅠㅠ After giving birth, I never lost the 5 kilos, and the tubes in my lower abdomen and sides got worse, so I had abdominal inhalation. I found out that there was no change in my weight, but it was amazing that the pants I usually wore became a bit looser! Do you feel like your lines are getting more organized as you wear compression garments consistently? It's summer right now so I can't wear it because it's hot, but I think that's why my skin has become sluggish haha. I don't have to wear compression garments right now, but I feel like I should wear them for the sake of my lines. They say if you have a lot of visceral fat, the visible effect will be less. I'm only skinny obese, so I also have visceral fat. It's a little bit so the effect isn't that great, but I'm satisfied with it. I'd say that the pain in my abdomen is the least painful among diaphragms! As with all surgeries, I think the first 3 days were the most painful. After that, I also had forearm suction, breast implants, and breast implants. I'll leave a review later.
