On that day, I felt like I had been drinking, and my body was stiff, heavy, and a little tired, but as soon as I got home, I slept well and woke up, and I felt light (my weight was +3kg).
It was like I was fighting 16 to 1 until the second day after surgery... I didn't really want to move because the pain felt like muscle pain, as if I'd been stabbed. From the third day, I recovered so much that I could drive and go about my daily life without any problems, and I even took a shower^~^ Now, in the third week, the incision is 90% healed. When you touch bare skin, the pain is only painful, like when you touch a bruised area! When I wear a compression garment, it doesn't hurt when I touch it, so I keep wearing it.
I don't have a lot of bruising, so it seems to have disappeared in about a week. From the 1st day until the 7th day when I go to get the stitches taken out, I used alcohol cotton -> povidone -> bandage every day (on day 1). Since it's fat, I sterilize it at home... I went through hell when I took off the dressing they gave me at the hospital...) Oh, and I heard that lymphatic massage is good for reducing swelling, so I tried to do it a little whenever I had time, and I still do it
. I'm going to ask about it when I'm having my stomach repaired haha. I recently took off my compression garment and went out, and I was really surprised when I saw the picture. I'm really satisfied with how much thinner my arms are, and I'm also being motivated to go on a diet to become even thinner. Everyone, get surgery <3>
