, I finally lost 4 kilos and feel great. Hehe, I started at 65 and am now 61!!
And the difference in body weight is really big...

've never had slim thighs in my life ㅜㅜ
Besides, my legs are a bit... I guess I should say they're not pretty legs lol ㅜㅜ I changed my mind about horseback riding and the protruding calves. Even when I was slim (51 kg), I was never told that I had pretty legs. That's why I didn't particularly like skinny pants or skirts. If I had to wear them, I wore long skirts or straight pants a lot. I received all 3 after-care treatments (1 body wormer + 2 mesolipid injections), but I also wanted to get rid of the swelling faster and wanted to do it right, so I also added extracorporeal shock waves!!!
