On the first day after surgery, I came home and measured the circumference of 33cm -> 27cm, so I was very happy, but now the lines seem to be less pretty than in the beginning due to swelling and bony tissue. Since I have a lot of fat, I think I can only go for high frequency treatment once, so how can I manage it on my own... Just walking won’t work, right?.?
Maybe my memory has already been glorified lol. It wasn't so painful that I couldn't help it!! It hurt a little for 3-4 hours right after the surgery, and I continued to feel stiff and throbbing until the bruises went away...
