I had a revision surgery on my thighs, and this time I had full thigh (including knee) + love handles + entire abdomen + hip joint transplant surgery! There may still be swelling, but I think the habit of not eating salty foods is more important than that! If I eat budae stew, I feel like I'm hot for two days haha. Just because I diet on or off doesn't mean the swelling has completely gone, but it's gone so much that it can't be compared to how it looked before the surgery, so I'm posting a photo review haha.
It's comfortable for me to still wear the compression garment when I sleep. Sleep wearing it! I think compression garments control swelling well! After the surgery, I was able to wear pretty clothes as much as I wanted. In particular, my usual pants size was L, but I now wear all pants in S. Really, I have never been happier than when I was able to just wear what was hanging without even asking for the size. I was never happier than when I ate a little less and the swelling was less. The S size is also roomy. This is really crazyㅠㅠ
Above my right knee and around my love handle, I don't feel like I have 100% fat, but I guess time is running out. I guess that means I still have more to lose. Hahaha.
My upper stomach wasn't that big before, but now that my chubby lower stomach is gone, I'm probably 11. I can see my abs too, so I’m so happy that my body looks toned!!
