Although the overall body line was not severe obesity,
it was plump and fat compared to my short stature. In particular, I had a body
type with no abdominal fat and no volume(?) in the upper body,
so I had a body that looked like an elementary school student.
I did it, but
I never had a big waist line before I gained weight,
so I thought my body type might be hereditary, but it's still vivid.
I met the doctor at the surgery to remove the stitches, and
it was funny when he said, "I've got a waist."
Anyway, diet + especially the line change. If you want to do it,
I highly recommend it! In my case, I actually lost weight and my body
changed, so I was motivated and am still dieting hard!
