I was on a diet before doing RAMS, and even though I lost 10kg, my forearms were almost the same. When I measured them at the hospital, they were 37cm;;
It's different for each person during the procedure, but it didn't hurt that much for me!
Before the procedure, the nurse talked to me to ease my tension, and massaged my feet when the solution was injected.
It did sting a little when my back bulge was done, but it was only for a short period of time so I was able to endure it. Above all, the doctor told me that 24 bottles had been extracted because the fat had come out well, so I was just
happy lol. From the 2nd day, the bruise started to get bigger and it hurt, but maybe because it didn't hurt that much during the procedure, it hurt more than during the procedure. Still, it's
a daily routine. Life is possible! Even though it hurt, I did everything I could and just moved around, so I wondered if this was okay.
And it was nice because I didn’t have to wear a compression garment.
I took before and after pictures as close as possible, and
it seemed like it was really working, so it was amazing, but seeing my forearms, which hadn't shrunk at all while losing 10kg, had shrunk, even though it was meaningless, felt good haha.
When I went for aftercare and measured my forearms, I saw that they had shrunk by 2cm!!
It's the 1st week so the swelling hasn't completely gone, but everyone says it's the 3rd week, so it'll go down even more, right? Haha.
that's right! I have a lot of fat on the back of my forearms and the convexity of my back, so when I took a picture from the side, it came out thick, but now I can see it shrinking even when I take a picture to show it as much as possible, which is great! The swelling hasn’t gone down yet so I’m looking forward to more!!
