. Due to frequent pre-surgery consultations
and sudden weight loss, I reached the maximum weight of my life. I thought it would be difficult to succeed in dieting with my own efforts, so I visited The Skinny Clinic, which I found out about through an Instagram advertisement.
Originally, I was thinking about going on a diet while getting the OPT injection, but after consulting with Dr. Jinseo Kim , I heard
something unexpected.
The cause is the liposuction I received (excessive fat extraction and adhesion).

3. Surgery progress
I was worried not only because of the financial burden, but also because I was afraid that it was not a simple procedure, but it is not a factory-style hospital and only one surgery is performed per day. I thought it would be safer in that it was a private hospital, and after receiving consultation from the director, I had infinite trust in the fact that he did not just extract a large amount of fat and thought about the overall line and safety, so I ended up going ahead with the surgery.,,!!
On the day of surgery, the director made a surgical design on my abdomen, consulted with me again, and talked about the surgery in general. After getting ready for the surgery, I entered the operating room and was immediately put under anesthesia. After losing consciousness while shaking, I woke up to find that the surgery was over.
4. Before & After
The deep dent in my stomach, which was my biggest concern, has almost disappeared as the height has been adjusted! It was something that I had always been very concerned about, but I thought it was a mark that could not be erased, so I gave up, but I am very satisfied that it was resolved.
Also, I have a body like a thick candle with a short and thick waist, and my chest size is large, so even if I gain a little weight in my upper body, I look very dull, so I used suction up to my waist line in the past, but I didn't see any results. But this time, I have a waist line haha. I am just impressed.

After the final liposuction revision surgery, I was able to maintain my diet decision thanks to the diet management I did through KakaoTalk chat with Dr. Jinseo Kim, and I think swelling and scars healed more quickly through follow-up care.
It's currently about 5 months after the surgery, and I'm not as determined to diet as I was at first and I'm feeling a bit lethargic, so I decided not to go back to the way I was before, so I wrote a somewhat diary-like review, reminiscing about the past times. After writing it down, it makes me cringe again! I'm going to manage my weight a little more and post a full-body picture later!!! (This time, only partial photos)
