I would like to ask for advice from those who got their nose tip done with Alloderm~

At first, I was going to use cartilage, but I changed to Alloderm at the last minute~ I cut the bridge of my nose and added 3mm of silicon~ It's been a week since I had the surgery, and the swelling and bruising on my face have gone down a lot...but the bridge of my nose is okay, but the tip of my nose...it looks like a bundle of bones. I originally had the rhinoplasty because my nostrils looked spread out like a gorilla's...but maybe because I used Alloderm, it didn't go up to a sharp shoe-like shape, but only the tip of my nose became blunter..it looks more emphasizedㅜ.ㅜ Will it become thinner when the swelling goes down more? It's chubby and round now, and if the shape doesn't change in the future, I want to get another surgery.
