First of all, since I had nasal valve wedge transplant nasal septum inferior turbinate surgery at SSS in 2020, only one side of my nose was completely out of breath, and more than anything, that feeling of tightness and pulling was so severe. Afterwards, ㅇㄷㅂㅅ said that my narrow navicular valve could improve with surgery, so I had surgery to widen the space by tying it with thread, called the flare suture method. I did that in 2022, but the symptoms of tightness and pulling got worse, and I also developed empty nose syndrome, where a lot of air enters and feels cold. So, with the idea of going back to the past as much as possible, I made up my mind this time and decided to do a nasal valve wedge transplant and remove the flare (suture with thread). I was really worried because there was talk that the nasal valve could collapse, but fortunately the surgery was successful and the wedge was removed, so the actual pulling and tightness symptoms were reduced from 100 to 60, so I think this is really fortunate. The problem is that the threads that were used with this flare suture method were already melted and could not be removed. I still think that the tightening and pulling symptoms are quite severe because the space was expanded by forcibly pulling the flare suture, but when I manually reduce the pulled area, the symptoms miraculously disappear. I'm at a loss as to what to do, but I think I need to somehow find a way to restore the suture surgery to how it was before. Is it possible that the sutures that were forcibly sutured like this were removed? Restored? If anyone has one, please leave a comment..!
