The tip of my nose, where I had surgery using a septal mesh,
fell off,
so I decided to have surgery again. I went around Gangnam Station and looked at the reviews of
the hospital I found.
I was tired of going to too many hospitals without looking at the reviews properly.
My judgment was clouded during the consultation, so I just
asked them to have the surgery the next day. I had no idea that
the hospital where I had the surgery the day after the consultation
would be ruined like this.
As soon as the splint was removed, it bent.
The director and I were both embarrassed and
must have sensed a crisis. I
went into surgery crying
the day the splint was removed , but after that, my nostrils have become more sore and
are now in this state.
Even if you look pretty from the side,
presbyopia is a bonus for a proboscis monkey. The columella is
bent and the nostrils are misaligned.
When I smile, the tip of my nose gets longer,
so even though it's a cosmetic aspect, I
looked at myself in the realme mirror that reversed left and right a while ago and
was so startled that I almost turned backwards.
Worst of all
, my right nostril got stuck and I couldn't breathe.
A CT scan showed that I had a deviated nasal septum and rhinitis, which wasn't there before.
It got to the point that I
was in a state where I could have surgery at real cost.
For the past year, I lived as if the surgery had failed.
Mental shock + discomfort of not being able to breathe through the nose +
developing a snoring habit as a result + dry mouth
+ runny nose + not being able to put a finger in the right nostril
After experiencing a real decline in quality of life, I
came to my senses and frantically looked for hospitals and went to counseling
. I'm about to have a second surgery at another hospital in August^^...
Don't make a case like mine.
A case where I paid money and wasted my time and went through a lot of trouble.
