[Tip of Nose] Look at the 10th day of rhinoplasty~

The result was different in the end, but I'm satisfied with it . Looking at it from the side, you can barely see the nostrils and the bijoux, so this time they said they removed the bijou too!! Anyway, to be 100% satisfied , lower the tip of the nose to make the nostrils less visible . Yes, these two things will be solved..? Is it possible that the tip of the nose does not fall off and that the nose is kept upright like that?? It's the 10th day now, so it's going to take a little longer, but I'm talking about 3 to 6 months, but I don't want to do it again.
